The Attack Squadron 12 'Kiss of Death' patch is indeed a classic patch design. Of course, such a design would never be officially tolerated by the US Navy today as it would be considered excessively gruesome and blood-thirsty! You don't give the dimensions for this particular version of the VA-12 patch - which would have been helpful as these patches have been produced in many different sizes over the years. Generally speaking the larger the patch the more likely it is to be a vintage one. Also, your description commences with: "Attack Squadron 12 is a navy in U.S. army." ??? Presumably this should have read "Attack Squadron 12 is a navy squadron rather than an army (or air-force) squadron".
