The official patch for NASA Apollo 9 mission crew that is the first launch of the complete Apollo configuration. The width of this patch if 4 inches made by AB Emblem. The red edge with blue background. Text with McDIVITT SCOTT SCHWEICKART wrap around at the top and “APOLLO IX” text wrap around at the bottom. The spaceships in the middle is the Saturn V vehicle, Command Service Module (CSM) and Lunar Module (LM). This mission also considered as the first transer by U.S. astronaut from one space vehicle to another. First seperation, rendezvous and re-docking of two spacecraft. First EVA by an astronaut (Schweickart) completely free of spacecraft life support equipment.

This patch come in triangle shape with black border and white background. At the top, there is a red arrow. Under the red arrow, you will see a brown treasure box. The red indian head is in the middle of the patch. On the left side of this patch, there is a text says “GANOSOTE LODGE”. On the right of the patch, the green text says “BUFFALO AREA”. There are 3 red “W” letters at the bottom of the patch. This boy scout patch is come from Buffalo area.

US Army Iraq Mass Graves Team Military Patch

The US Army Mass Graves Team Military Patch comes with a black border. At the top, you will find a stripe of blue and red with a 3 white stars on it. At the bottom part, the light brown background (look like a desert). At the middle of that background, you will find the sun with a halo. The green map is on the sun and the text said “MASS GRAVES TEAM”. Thanks for this picture from ebay.

In my opinion, I think this patch design is really good combination between the color. I like it. If you have these kind of cool design patch, please share with us.

This U.S. Submarine Service Veteran embroidered patch comes with black background. The yellow font at the top of the patch says “U.S. SUBMARINE SERVICE” and text at the bottom says “VETERAN”

At the middle, you can find the two fishes face their direction to the submarine in grey color.

This patch also an iron on patch and yes, you can also sew on.

Attack Squadron 12 is a navy in U.S. army. This Attack Squadron 12 patch is my first navy patch review on this blog. This patch come with red border and black background. There is a white skull at the middle with some kissing lips. At the bottom of the patch, there is a text says “ATTACK SQUADRON TWELVE”. I also like this creative design of this patch. U.S. Department of State Explosives Detection Canine ATF Embroidered Patch

I found these two K-9 patches from ebay listing. The first one on the left comes with light brown border and dark blue background. The light brown text says” U.S DEPARTMENT OF STATE” on the top. “ATF” letters in light brown color at the center and there is a shadow of k-9 dog at “A” letter. At the bottom, there is a text says “EXPLOSIVES DETECTION CANINE”.

The second patch on your right is another ATF K-9 patch. This one is look like a color version of K-9 patch. This patch comes with a grey background and dark blue background. There is a bomb graphic on the left and flaming graphic on the right. The grey “ATF” text is on the middle of the patch. There is a shadow of K-9 dog at the “A” letter.

I think this 2 patches are good on the layout design. I like these 2 patches.

This is a very clean design police embroidered patch from Aspen, Colorado, U.S.A. This Aspen police patch is 5 inches width and 4.25 inches height. This patch come with brown border and blue background. At the middle of the patch, you will find a brown aspen leaf shape with light blue leaf’s border. The dark blue text says “ASPEN POLICE” located at the middle of the patch.

I think this is a clean and easy design patch. I’m thinking that this patch will be a vintage aspen police embroidered patch. It’s because I tried to search for this information about Aspen police department but the logo of Aspen Police Department is not the same design like this. I think the Aspen police department released a new department logo.

The City of Federal Way Washington police embroidered patch is come with 4 inches width and 5 inches height. The border is dark blue. At the top of the patch, there is a grey text says “POLICE” on the dark blue background. The grey curve line is a seperator between top and bottom part. In the middle of the patch, you will find the circle. There is a text “CITY OF FEDERAL WAY – WASHINGTON” wrap around the logo. At the bottom, you will find a ribbon with the number “1996″ on it.

The final price on ebay of this patch on May 22, 2007 is $26.66, from this price, I think you can estimate the value of this patch.

Vintage Two Rivers Council Girl Scout Embroidered Patch

Girl scout patch is not easy to find. Today, I found one vintage girl scout patch from ebay listing. This is a girl scout patch from Two River council, USA. This vintage Two Rivers Council Girl Scout patch come with red border. The bly sky and river are background. The green steaming boat is a foreground. On the top, you will find the text “STEAMING DOWN THE RIVER”. At the bottom of the embroidered patch said “HONOR TROOP” and “TWO RIVERS GIRL SCOUTS”.

The size of this patch is 3.5 inches width and 2.625 inches height. You can also find more information about girl scout of the Two Rivers Council at the official site.
